Sandra, Corporate Affairs Advisory, is a business development consultant with extensive experience in corporate and securities transactions, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.

During her more than 30 years living in New York, she was a corporate finance associate at Chadbourne & Parke before going in-house as legal counsel for PanAmSat Corporation, a satellite telecoms operator that was bought out by private equity firms. In 2008, she joined the New York based legal team of GLG Partners, one of the largest hedge funds which was subsequently bought by Man Group.
